You may or may not already have heard this but May is Mental Health Awareness Month.

anywaysss mental health is always SUPER important but even more during this pandemic, so in this post I want to put a bunch of positive reminders and related stuff because I am obviously not a professional on the topic but other people are ☺️
mental health is one of the most stigmatized health issues but it really should not be because it can affect anybody at anytime.
just remember that NO MATTER WHAT ANYONE SAYS it is okay and a great idea to get help if you really need it 💞💞
